Our house sits on 115 ft of lake front in the Linn Creek Cove MM 31.It has a large private yard with a 2 well boat slip#2-12X24 #1-10X20 both have lifts and 1 PWC Lift.Also great swim platform.

Home features 2 Fire Places and extra refrigerator in lower level for ice and drinks.

Sleeping arrangements:Master Bdrm King Bed w/master

bathroom-main floor.2nd Bdrm queen bed-main floor.3rd Bdrm Queen Bed-lower level.4th Bdrm Kids Room Bunkbed w/ Trundel and twin bed (Sleeps 4) also sleeper sofa in lower level.

Great 3 season porch off of living room over looking lake.

Fully equipped kitchen.

Out Door Features:Large outdoor covered deck enjoy Breakfast,Lunch or Dinner overlooking Lake. Enjoy evenings around a camp fire w/family and friends down by the lake.
