Beach House, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms with Ocean View

Oceanfront, Family Beach House in the heart of Kennebunk Beach. Across from the Ocean, minutes to well known Gooche's beach for long walks, sand, and surf and minutes away from Mother's Beach for children's play area. This is an amazing location.

This charming 1920's beach home, with a fully renovated kitchen (including all new appliances) and bathrooms completed in 2012. Also enjoys a beautiful combined living room, dining room with ocean views from every window. This house has classic New England charm, including a claw foot tub.

Upstairs three bedrooms, master with double bed, guest room one: two twin beds (new mattresses) and guest room two: day bed with trundle and small raised Captain's bed perfect for a family with kids. Views of the Ocean from all the bedrooms, so close you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

Large yard and wrap around deck, with Weber gas barbecue, Adirondack chairs, and a picnic table. Imagine your own lobster dinner, glass of wine, sunset without leaving the comfort of your home.

Parking available for 2-3 cars.

This beautiful beach home is only steps from the beach, Ocean views and the sound of the waves are heard. Minutes to Kennebunkport, golf, tennis, and excellent restaurants. We've found you can do as much or as little as you would like from sitting on the wrap around deck and enjoying the view to outlet shopping in either Freeport, ME or Kittery, NH. Whale watching or casually browsing through the beautiful boutiques in Kennebunkport. There really is something for everyone!

“No Rental Agreement shall be binding until Jane Hutchison & Associates, Inc., receives all of the following: The non-refundable deposit; the fully executed Lead Paint Disclosure; and the Fully executed Lease Agreement. Each is a necessary condition to entering into this lease agreement. Failure to provide any of the above shall render the lease agreement void. Failure to make any remaining rent, security, or tax payments at least 30 days prior to the Term of the lease agreement may, at Landlord’s sole discretion, result in the lease agreement being void. Please note that all rent, security, and tax under the Lease should be made payable to “JANE HUTCHISON,” and be made via bank or certified check.”

WOW. Everything about this place is exactly what you would want from an authentic Maine oceanside vacation. This house is the 'real deal' cozy New England cottage, recently renovated with all the modern conveniences and appliances. Beautifully decorated, in a comfy, relaxed style. Lots of room to play and relax, and the ocean is right across the street, so the sounds and smells of the ocean are an integral part of the experience. I was there with my wife and two teenage sons and we completely fell in love with the place. Beautiful, easy walks to several sandy beaches, close to the charms of Kennebunkport, restaurants, shopping and lots of activities. Easy to get to, yet it feels a long, long way from work and city life.
