2 bedroom, 2 bathroom comfortably appointed home with expansive views

This property is situated close to 7 golf courses (within 15 minutes) and many more in the area. The home has two bedrooms sleeping 4 adults. Main bedroom has king size bed, walk-in closet and shower en-suite. Second bedroom has queen bed with walk-in closet. Second bathroom has bath with shower.

Kitchen well appointed with all utensils and dishes needed for home cooking. A barbecue allows outside eating to enjoy the sunset and views in an expansive

L-shaped yard.

Relax or eat in the living area, or eat in the dining room overlooking the palm trees in the front yard through a generous half-moon window.

The living room has a 46 inch flat screen TV with cable, wireless internet and local telephone calls available. Both bedrooms also have a TV with basic service in the second bedroom and cable in the main bedroom.

The property is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a open area which is home to a variety of desert wildlife. The outdoor features include palm trees, an olive tree and a mesquite tree which provide shade if needed. A propane barbeque, chiminea, and full patio dining set add to outdoor enjoyment. The mesquite is a frequent stopping point for a variety of birds including the owl in the picture!

The town of green Valley provides ample recreation amenities through 13 recreation complexes. The closest is a short walk (or drive) away. The town provides all basic shopping and dining needs and Tucson is a short 25 minute drive away if further services are needed. If you enjoy an occasional visit to a Casino there is the ability to drive to Desert Diamond Casino where dining is available at a reasonable cost and where entertainment can be found.

If you enjoy quieter recreation Madera Canyon provides a world class opportunity to observe many migratory birds who winter in the mild climate.

Altogether the ideal place to spend the winter months in a well cared for, comfortable, home --- all at a very competitive price!!

Observatory on nearby mountain - they do arrange visits and you can hike to the location if you are fit and enjoy high country adventure. Titan missile museum a very interesting visit within 20 minutes from the property. Trips to Tombstone and other historic sites can easily be done in a day's round trip.
