RELAXING, LUXURY POOL CONDO MINUTES FROM DISNEY...

Bahama Bay is a wonderful, ideal resort to spend your holidays. It's like an oasis to come back to after the hustle and bustle of DisneyWorld. The staff are friendly, the facilities are excellent and the landscaping is beautiful, with lovely walks around the peaceful lakes, and lots of natural wildlife and beauty to see. There are 4 wonderful communal pools, and one of them is just a short walk and visible from this condo. The pools are even heated in winter, so we had a wonderful swim every single day! We also really enjoyed the pool by the restaurant and bar, as we could relax with a drink or a bite to eat in-between swims, with table service from the friendly staff. We all found it so relaxing that the kids were happy to spend the whole day at the resort, playing at the pools, while we took a break from the theme parks.
We've now stayed at Bahama Bay 3 times, in 3 different condos, and this is by far the best condo we've stayed in, furnished to the highest standard and very well maintained. Everything was new - the carpets, the beds, the furniture, the flat screen tvs and dvd players. We were pleasantly surprised to find a tv and dvd in every room, which must be a blessing for parents with little ones, as it will be easy to settle them down in the evening. The bench seat at the dining table was also a really nice feature, as it means everyone can sit around the table together. Being of an older generation, we also appreciated the big walk-in shower. No more clambering over the sides of the bath-tub for us!
The owners were also very helpful, providing lots of useful tips to make the most of our stay, and where to go shopping, restaurants to visit, the best grocery stores nearby etc..
All in all, a great stay, and we can't wait to come back next year. Highly recommended.
