About Steve and Jodi O'Hara
The owners are Steve and Jodi. Steve has a doctorate in computer science and performs research and development at DigitalGlobe, the leading provider of commercial satellite imagery. Jodi is a dental hygienist and a volunteer Peak Steward with the Colorado 14'er Initiative. She has reached the summit of all but one of the Colorado 14'ers, with hopes to finish in 2014!
Why Steve and Jodi O'Hara chose Fort Collins
The attached photo shows the old-world, Bavarian styling of this unique property. While the main house is not for rent (we live here!), the attached carriage house is a wonderful retreat. It is in a great location with easy access to both the city and the countryside. You can take a walk or bike ride in the Cathy Fromme Prairie Natural Area, or bike the incline up to Horsetooth Reservoir and enjoy the spectacular scenery of the Northern Front Range.
What makes this apartment unique
This rental provides many extras at no charge: the included parking space in the garage, the electric ignition gas fireplace, en-suite clothes washer and dryer, quality internet access (no flaky connections here!), Wii game console, high-def TV, and free use of computer and laser printer for making Skype video calls or printing boarding passes.
