Enjoyed my 10 day stay. George and Asenah were great hosts. I enjoyed the extra touch of coffee, fruit, flowers and snacks. Very clean, comfortable bed, full kitchen. Wireless and fair amount of TV stations. I enjoyed the proximity to Marietta square (7 min walk). Enjoyed a Saturday afternoon brunch at Shillings and some entertainment in the park on the square. Enjoyed the beautiful old southern homes in the neighborhood. I was aware when the train went by but definitely not an issue. Adds a little character to the house. Never even noticed if there was late evening train.
Place was extremely clean . We were a family of 5 visiting Atlanta for a family reunion for the long weekend . Check in process was very smooth and the host was extremely easy to work with and communication channel was always open .
We enjoyed our stay . Only thing I would like to recommend is to upgrade the kitchen a little with more pots and pans ( we tried to cook a meal one night ). It was in a quiet neighborhood but yet close to Atlanta downtown (25mins )
I highly recommend booking this place.
George and his wife were very personable and left flowers for us throughout the house. Everything was just as they said and the pictures and description were spot on.
Thank you for letting us stay!
George and Asenah were lovely hosts. They responded quickly to every question we had along the way. Their home's location was perfect, no loud city life, but still very close to metro Atlanta. The neighborhood was very peaceful. It was great getting to return to such a calming atmosphere each night after a very busy day. The home was also equipped with any and all amenities needed, such as cooking utensils, and even shampoo, soap, etc. in case you forget your own.
This was a lovely place to stay, ideally located if you want to explore both Marietta and Atlanta.
Very cosy, very friendly owners. A place we loved coming back to after a long day!
