La Casa de Chira is an appealing property next to the Nature Reserve of Pilancones. Abutting the hillside, it has views from the garden and pool towards the Roque Nublo and, from here, a wander along a rural lane takes you to the Chira´s reservoir, where the inviting waters of the lake spread throughout the undulating hills. Perfect for those seeking a peaceful rural retreat, it is also a dream for mountain and hiking lovers as there are many breathtaking walks in the surrounding countryside.

The house is fully equipped to make easier a splendid holiday and the smart interior of the house provides spacious and attractive accommodation, with comfortable soft furnishings sitting atop the cool tiles of the sitting room. Throughout, numerous windows frame the picturesque mountain views, some of which open out onto pretty balconies.

A short walk down the road from the house takes you to our small village of Cercados de Araña, with its basic amenities, whilst the waters of the Chira reservoir can also be reached on foot. For further amenities, the attractive hillside town of San Bartolomé de Tirajana with its glistening streets of whitewashed houses is 15kms away and a pleasing range of local restaurants can be reached at the same distance, whilst the coast is 1h15min-drive with the best beaches of the island.

Other Activities: Archeological sites, birdwatching and gorgeous stars at night.

Notes

  • The Base Rate of the villa is 100 €/day and includes two persons.
    Each extra person has an additional charge of:
    -Adults 15 € / day
    -Children between 2 and 12 years old 5 € / day
    -Babies are free of charge.

    During Christmas, New Year and Easter the base rate is 910 euros / week and includes 4 persons. The additional charge will be applied from the 5th guest.

  • Booking notes:
    A 25% deposit will be required if the booking is more than 8 weeks before the departure date.
    If a deposit is paid and you decide to cancel, the deposit is non refundable.
