This is one of the Deluxe One Bedroom Condos, this 923 Square Foot Deluxe 1 BR with a seperate private Bunk Room, Queen sleeper sofa, sleeps 6, 2 full Baths, washer/dryer, full kitchen, cable TV, WiFi, Private (30 foot) Balcony overlooking Gulf can be accessed from the Master Bedroom or Livingroom. Most one bedroom units don't have the Bedroom facing the Gulf. Beach Chair Setups is included at no cost (March thru October). Walk to Pier Park less than 1/2 mile. Our condo – Tidewater 1412– is intentionally outfitted in Beach motif as a second home to discerning couples and small families. Tidewater management has strict policies that uphold the upscale and relaxing nature of the resort, including no rentals to anyone under the age of 25.
In addition to a spectacular unobstructed Gulf-front view from the living room and master bedroom, as well as a 30 foot covered balcony, this 1 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps six and has been decorated and furnished in a Beach style. That includes plush bedding, flat screen television and fully furnished kitchen. It is located in the western end of Panama City Beach and is very conveniently located, including being within walking distance of the Pier Park mega shopping/entertainment complex.
The new NORTHWEST FLORIDA-PANAMA CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT is open and serving the area. SouthWest Airlines just announced they will be servicing the area and that is great news.
We prefer weekly or monthly guest bookings. Our condo is furnished as second home, including premium furnishings and full kitchen appliances and cookware. We are right for couples and small families desiring a comfortable extended getaway. Our condo and the on-site amenities are simply more than a hotel room.
We require higher housekeeping standards (we employ our own housekeeper) and have purposely put the value in weekly (and monthly) stays for better booking and scheduling continuity. For those reasons, the shorter-term stays are not conducive except during certain periods of the year. Even then, a 3-night minimum is required.
We have learned this delivers a much better overall experience for our guests.
Rates are quoted plus State of Florida taxes (12.62%).

For your information, the rental policy for the entire Tidewater Resort is as follows:
Renters must be 25 years of age minimal in order to rent Condos at this Resort. Further, one 25 years old renter must be actually living in the unit for every three guests occupying the condo. In addition a 50% visitor rule has been adopted. Guests renting a one bedroom unit are only authorized a maximum of 3 visitors at any one time.
Any renters violating these rules will be automatically evicted. These rules will be enforced very strongly, especially during Spring Break

Vacationing at the beach has been a highlight of just about every year since we got married, so owning a vacation home on the beach. We choose Panama City Beach and this particular condo because of the beautiful white sand beach, the brilliant emerald-green waters, and the large balcony and floor-to-ceiling windows that allow us to view the ocean from the living area and the master bedroom. The fresh seafood is fabulous - both for eating out or taking advantage of the area seafood markets to cook in and enjoy a quiet dinner watching the sunset!
What makes this condo unique
We enjoy relaxing on the beach with a good book, an occasional dip in the ocean and a leisurely walk on the beach - especially at sunset! With the large balcony, spacious layout, and fully-equipped kitchen we can relax and enjoy the sounds & sights of the ocean - even if one of those late afternoon rain showers pop up. Pier Park, the new beach-side shopping & dining community is just a half a mile away is a great way to spend an evening window-shopping, dining, or enjoying desert and music. There really is a lot to do, but most of all, we enjoy the relaxation and slowed-down pace of beach life.
