A Publix grocery store, CVS pharmacy, Post office, restaurants and a library are located just outside the gates and are one mile away from the townhouse front door.
The very famous St. Armand circle is just 7-10 minutes drive and Sarasota is 15 minutes away from the condo. Both offer fine and casual dining as well as a host of shopping possibilities and entertainment.
The townhouse is located 1 hour south of the Tampa Int. Airport, 25 minutes from the Sarasota Int. Airport, 1hr 15min from Ft. Myers Int. Airport, and 2 hours from Orlando International Airport.
