2 Bedroom 2 Bath On Canandaigua Lake

Enjoy the best of Canandaigua Lake in this 2 bedroom 2 bath Cliffside condo located at beautiful Bristol Harbour Resort. High above it all 100 ft above the lake. The recently remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new cabinets and ss appliances make this a premiere property. There is also new natural slate flooring throughout the kitchen and living room, where you will find a 42' flat screen TV w VCR and DVD, leather furniture and oak dining room table for 6. Cozy up to the wood burning stove after a fall wine tour or a day of skiing at nearby Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.

The master bedroom features stunning views of the Lake and the Bristol Hills. It is equipped with a 36' flat screen TV on a swivel, so you don't have to miss the game while you sit in the lazy boy recliner out on the balcony. It has one queen bed and a day bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed. Another nice amenity of this property is that it is a single story floor plan. Many are up and down with 2 small balconies as opposed to one spacious - one off the living room and master bedroom. We spend alot of time here when it is not rented, so everything is top quality. There are also 2 new kayaks at the beach for our guests use.

Take a short walk to the elevator (you are very close) and it will take you down to the private sandy beach There is a huge swimming/sun deck located at the end of the dock. A great place to take in the summer breezes off the lake. There is also temporary docking slips available through the resort if you wish bring a boat.

Just 1/4 mile up the road you will find the golf course, restaurant and spa. The Robert Trent Jones designed course features stunning views and interesting holes. After a relaxing 18 holes, book a massage with at Life Path Spa located on the premises.

There are also tennis and pickle ball courts available for your use.

The Lodge at Bristol Harbour restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. Top notch dining in a Adirondack style setting. Eat inside the air conditioned dinning room, or enjoy the stunning views from the patio.

About The Owner

Mark and Jan Medyn

We currently spend about 1/2 our lives in the Bristol Hills.

We have a small cabin in the woods down the street from the condo. We currently live about 45 minutes north in the town of Walworth. This means we are minutes away should any of our guests need assistance.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2010
Why The Owner chose Bristol

We purchased this property because we love the area so much that we plan to retire here someday.

What makes this condo unique

There are unbelievable views from the balcony. The condos

are on a cliff overlooking the lake about 50 ft from the water. The private sandy beach and swimming area are unique to the area.

Canandaigua Means 'The Chosen Spot'. It was named when it was settled by the Seneca Indians. They named it for good reason. It is one of the most beautiful places on earth. Many travel magazines agree.

If your are after outdoor adventure you have come to the right place. Whether its hiking, biking, golfing, boating, waterfalls, fishing or skiing, its minutes from your door.

Located about half way between the City of Canandaigua and the Village of Naples, you are just 15 minutes away from every store and restaurant imaginable in Canandaigua and the quaint small town shops of Naples.

When you arrive, you will find a book containing points of interest and restaurant descriptions.

Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is less than 10 minutes away. With it's 1200 ft. of vertical, it is the highest vertical from here to the Rockies. Ninety six percent of the trails have snowmaking. This is a great family ski adventure.

We had a wonderful time.Condo was lovely and the view was worth every penny. The location of the condo made it easy to go to wineries and other points of interest. I would definitely stay here again. Enjoy!

Excellent property!

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Mark & Jan's condo. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was amazing! All amenities were included, and we especially liked the separate bathrooms. The view was spectacular! We have strayed in other condos within this resort and found this one to be excellent! We had another wonderful trip to Bristol for nearby skiing, wine tours, geocaching and shopping! This was a great choice for a small group. Very quiet and peaceful.
