2 Bedroom, 1200 Sq Ft, Lakeview, Just A Few Steps To The Beach

Custom built Carriage house on 2.5 Acres over looking Okanagan Lake and just a few steps to the beach. The kitchen has a big granite island, granite sink and all stainless appliances. The kitchen is more than well equipped for all your cooking needs. Washer/dryer in laundry room. Beautiful 3 piece bath with large walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a pillow top king size bed. The living room has a large sectional, 42 inch flat screen T.V. and gas fireplace with big picture windows that look out onto the lake. The deck off the living room area has bamboo furniture and gas BBQ. There is also another deck off the master bedroom for morning coffee. There is also A/C, WiFi, cable, VCR and large video library.

We bought this property because of its close proximity to the lake and its rural setting yet very close to both cities and airport. We also like the fact that we are less than a 1 hour drive to 2 different world class Ski resorts.

What makes this cottage unique

All season activities, several world class golf courses all with in 30 minutes. Special rates at select courses.

Sparkling Hills resort and spa 30 minutes away to pamper your body and soul.

Many excellent wineries ExNihilo, Gray Monk, Arrow Leaf and Intrigue 5 minutes drive with numerous others not much further.

Very quiet, private and relaxing.

Oyama zip line 15 min, Atlantis water slides 30 min. Grocery shopping in Winfield is 7 minutes away. Kangaroo farm is also a 7 minute drive. There are also several farmers markets nearby to enjoy all the fresh local produce.
