I'm a natived Dominican living in NY and have traveld to the Punta Cana area at least 20 times, most to all inclusive resorts, after 6 to 7 time, I found if boring, the quality of food mediocre, the quality of liquor watered down and something always wrong with the a.c.. Once I discovered Cap Cana, I realized this is exactly what I've been looking for, as everything from being in a gated community to having a reliable a/c at all time, uncrowded pools/beaches and having allot of space and being able to truly relax.

What makes this condo unique

The minute I walked onto the terrace and saw the wonderful marina view, I instantly fell in love with this unit, you can spend hours relaxing on the terrace , listening to music, having coffee,a cold beer , sipping a nice glass of wine , just reading a nice book or just cuttle with your loved one.

The relaxation and peace of mind this unit offers in priceless. Once you experience, you will want to come over and over.
