Additional information about rental rates

All bookings made within 45 days of arrival date must be paid in full at time of booking. Deposit of $350 is required at time of booking. All credit card transactions will incur a 4.5% convenience fee. Booking is not confirmed until deposit and/or full payment has been received & registration form completed & returned.
Fees And Taxes Taxes are 12 %.
All stays less than 7-days will incur a $125 clean fee
$200 pet fee is required & pet must be approved prior to confirmation of booking. Pet fee is non-refundable.
All bookings must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival date. We accept Mastecard, Visa, Discover, bank drafts, money orders, personal checks. See registration/rental contract. Once full payment of rental has been received, guest will receive access information from home no later than 2 weeks priot to arrival date.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
