Nice and clean appartement close to all facilities

We really loved our stay at this apartment and felt like at home. We got no surprises, everything was like described on internet (clean appartment in a clean brownstone house, with washing machine, drawer, iron, towels, a clean opened kitchen, internet access, a cell phone at your disposal). And everything was close, the supermarket, banks, restaurants, and transportations. George is a very welcoming person and always ready to make every guest feel comfortable. Central Park North is at a walking distance, in a few minutes by bus or by the metro, we can get to downtown. I really recommand this appartment to couples or family with kids.

Beautifull home

I loved staying In our wonderful brownstone house. It was modern, clean and confer table.

But the best part was definitely George and Georgia they made sure we had everything we needed, they left us a cellphone so we could call home and when we arrived they made sure we got there safely also George was so kind to sent us a number so we could order in after the long strip to the house.

And when we left George checked in to find out if we had everything we needed and when we told him we had no taxi yet he went out of his way to get us one now thats some good service. Next time im in NYC im gonna stay with Vitacondos again cause i absolutely loved it!!

Loved It! My 5 college girl friends and I stayed in your lovely Brownstone for a long weekend
It is very comfortable, with a great interior, and conveniently located to most of the places you would want to visit in New York. Also, it was the perfect size for us.
The condition of the apartment is excellent and we had everything we needed: dishes, cookware, linens, soap, popcorn, coffee, tea, etc. waiting for our arrival.
Working with George on the rental was a pleasure. They are professional, courteous and prompt. Thanks for such a wonderful stay!

This is such a beautiful apartment! My husband, daughter, son and I enjoyed staying at VitaCondos. We travel regularly to New York City from the UK and will stay in this apartment for our future visits. George is such a wonderful and accommodating owner, very responsive and a delight to deal with. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone who prefers the comforts of a home vs a hotel. Thanks again

New York Apartment: May 2010 - Great Holiday

Just got back from the best holiday of my life! New York is amazing and would advise everyone of getting an apartment to capture that New Yorker experience... you will know what I mean when you get the number 2 train to Times Square! I stayed in a great one bedroom apartment which was well presented very modern and had everything we needed. The quality of the accomodation was only out done by the tremendous customer service from George and Georgia.



My trip was cancelled due to the Icelandic volcano (April 2010) and George & Georgia moved things around and kept in regular contact to be ready at a moments notice when travel was permitted to commence. In short, even acts of God can not affect the level of service this great company offers - 5 Stars! Thanks for helping me enjoy a great holiday. James
