Nashville House Rental Photos and Description
5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom house with lots of space to hang out
Close enough to the heart of Nashville for access to all its sights and attractions, but enough out of the way that you can enjoy the peacefulness of the suburbs. This has everything you need for a comfortable stay for your family or group!
On the main floor, the living room is a comfortable place to relax or visit, with a 50' flatscreen TV to enjoy. This opens up to a bright, cheerful breakfast area and kitchen stocked with dishes, basic appliances, baking items, and cooking essentials- so there is no need to eat out every meal! The separate dining room is a great place for meals or games with an adjacent sitting room. This main floor works wonderfully for a large family or group, with just enough separation between rooms to allow for multiple activities happening at once, but open enough to enjoy time together.
Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a luxurious and spacious bathroom, three other bedrooms (two with queen size beds and one with two twins), a full bathroom, and a laundry room.
The basement is fully renovated as a separate apartment. There is another bedroom (with a queen size bed), a second kitchen and laundry room, bathroom, office with a couch, and a den with a treadmill and large screen 50' TV. This self-contained living area has a separate outdoor patio that offers great flexibility for your group.
The house is less than 20 minutes to:
The heart of Downtown Nashville.
LP Field, home of the NFL's Tennessee Titans. Vanderbilt University.
The Ryman Auditorium, home of the Grand Ole Opry. The Country Music Hall of Fame.

About Stephanie Hufford
A 40-year resident of Alaska, my wife and I recently purchased a lovely second home in Nashville as a home-base for our travels, as well as to be close to family in the area.
Stephanie Hufford purchased this house in 2012
Why Stephanie Hufford chose Nashville
We have a large family and wanted a place where we could all stay comfortably and enjoy two separate living areas. This translates to plenty of room for you and your friends and family!
What makes this house unique
Two kitchens and two laundry rooms, allowing larger groups to have some privacy.
Conveniently located within short driving distances of most of the popular Nashville attractions, yet still peacefully situated in the beautiful suburb of Brentwood.
