Ground floor, 2 bedroom Apartment at Minnis Bay between Herne Bay and Margate, offering quality accommodation next to the sea. Master bedroom with French Sleigh bed and en-suite shower room. Twin bedroom with adjacent family bathroom. The kitchen is of good size and well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer. The lounge, dining room enjoys views out to the sea. There is a private unfenced, decked area outside and use of the garden. Bistro style garden furniture. Free Wifi access is now included throughout the property. There is a sofa bed available if 4 separate beds are required. This can be used for an extra person or 2 persons at £50 per person per week.

Minnis Bay is a quiet seaside village to the West of Margate and a designated area of outstanding natural beauty. There are some great walks in both directions. There is the Viking trail. The Roman remains at Reculver where towers from the fort there still remain. For the young, a seafront walk East to Margate with its popular beach and shops is a popular choice. Historic and World famous Canterbury is just a 20 minute drive and offer a great day out. Howletts Zoo, Whitstable, Herne Bay and Sandwich are other nearby places to visit. Kent offers a huge range of historic and beautiful attractions. It has one of the longest coastlines of any county in England and with it many of its best beaches. The Garden of England awaits
