The house was just what we (8 men for golf/card weekend) wanted. There were a few problems. Specifically there were not enough towels or dininjg room chairs. The ice maker continually jammed. The toilet on the right side of the house clogged with it's first use. We had to buy a plunger and eight bath towels. Hopefully, these items will be taken care of. We would like to use the facility again.

Owner's Response: We always appreciate feedback from our guests at Clear Moon Rising, whether it's positive or not(much prefer the positive!). We pride ourselves in being a proactive management team and strive to make each stay a pleasant one.
This property is actually very well equipped for entertaining and accommodating large groups.
It's unfortunate that someone didn't take the time to give us a call and express their concerns at the time, as we would've been able to let them know where to find not one but two toilet plungers on site tastefully out of plain sight but,there if needed.
Just like a hotel, freshly laundered bath towels are provided for all guests including hand towels and wash cloths located in all bathrooms and kitchen areas.
Unlike a hotel however,there is no daily maid service provided even as much as we'd like to be able to help out on that ,if it were only possible.
There is however a washer and dryer available for guest use with laundry detergent provided.We strongly encourage all our guests to make use of any and all the amenities provided.
This is a very comfortable "lake home" with an abundance of chairs,bar stools,loungers,sofas and places to sit down and enjoy a delicious meal, whether it's made right there in the large kitchen or barbequed on the gas grill on one of two covered back patio areas.
One just might have to improvise a little but, isn't that part of the fun of staying at a different place? We'd like to believe so.
This property actually has a separate refrigerator/freezer in the game room for guest use that can be loaded with extra ice,food and beverages for those longer visits and larger groups.
We are hands on and very easy to get hold of and are only a phone call away should a problem arise.
We leave a business card with our phone number in a highly visible location just for this reason, just in case the detailed check-in information that is provided prior to each arrival has been misplaced or forgotten.
We do hope you come back and give us another try.
