Villa Mawr located in prestigious Spring Farm Estates overlooking the Half Moon golf course outside Montego Bay, is a comfortable four bedroom, ocean view villa on an acre and a half of lush tropical gardens. The villa is designed so that most rooms open onto cool verandahs and balconies offering spectacular views of the villa's gardens, Half Moon Bay golf course, and the blue Caribbean Sea and sky. Villa Mawr is less than 5 minutes from 4 championship golf courses: Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay, Rose Hall Resort and Ironshore. Complimentary membership at the Four Star deluxe Rose Hall Resort and Country Club is included for all guests.
The living area, newly decorated in blue and green fabrics with washed walls, opens onto a thirty foot long covered verandah overlooking the pool, with a magnificent ocean view. Also opening onto the verandah is the dining room with separate balcony, and decorated in bright yellow fabrics and washed walls.
Bedroom Configuration:
Bedroom #1 lower level, is air conditioned King with en-suite bathroom and patio overlooking the pool, golf course and sea.
Bedroom #2 lower level, is air conditioned twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio overlooking the pool, golf course and sea.
Bedroom #3 upper level, is air conditioned King with en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom #4 upper level, is air conditioned with en-suite bathroom with queen-size bed, and balcony overlooking the pool, golf course and sea.
All four air conditioned bedrooms are equal in size and offer a choice of king or two single beds in three of the rooms, and queen bed in the fourth. Two bedrooms occupy the lower level and have private patios flanking the pool area. Separating these two is a spacious sun room opening onto the pool and expansive lawn below.
