Terrible, raw sewage, rats

We checked in here on 12/29/2012. We only stayed for 2 days and then had to go rent another house. The sewer in the master bedroom backed up and they couldn't fix it. There was poop all over the floor in the bathroom and in the shower. There was at least 1 rat in the kitchen. Sheets had not been washed and had live bugs in them.

I'm going to have to sue them to get a refund. They said that we would get a refund, but now after 2 months they are refusing the refund.
