The third has two twin beds and each bedroom has it's own private bath. The kitchen is well appointed and the double balcony looks over the pool area and the beach so you can keep and eye on the kids without even having to leave your balcony.

Wonderful stay

Highly recommend this property. Very spacious, well maintained and pet/child friendly. Location was ideal, right across from restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean, very peaceful and private! Manager Robbie checked in throughout the week to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

Comfortable Home away from Home

Welcoming our four-pawed family member made me look into renting this condo. It is becoming very hard to find places that will accept ALL members of the family.
When arriving we were able to speak to the agency on the first call and had questions answered immediately. The condo was roomy and comfortable, with no complaints about the beds or linens. Items were provided that are not normally provided in rentals which was nice (such as an ample supply of tp, dish soap, and paper towels). The pool was right outside our back door and cleaned daily.
The location is perfect for families wanting to be within walking distance of several excellent eating establishments, and yet removed enough from the nightlife so as not to be noisy when wanting rest. Only a 20 minute drive into the historic part of Charleston made it convenient for all sorts of activities.
The only drawback was that we could hear foot traffic from the condo above us, although we never lost sleep because of it.
We will definitely return.

Similar to other review...Nice Condo but POOR Property Manager

I had an opportunity to interact directly with the owner since I did not receive the access code by the day of our check in. Traveling from Baltimore with 3 kids and 2 dogs...I was extremely nervous and I was unable to reach Robbie Downer or anyone from Agent Owned Realty (no response to many phone calls, many emails...even went directly to the Agent Owned office only to find it closed!). The only positive, I was able to reach the owner of the condo who stayed in constant contact with me throughout my trip and although he too was unable to reach Robbie, he gave me a sense that that we would not be sleeping in our car for the night. In the end, we were able to access the condo 4 hours after the "check-in time". Given the ordeal, I expected more than a text from Robbie that said "You didn't get an email?" Never heard from him again. I also had to follow up with him a number of times regarding the contract. My check for the balance of the condo didn't even clear my account until 2 weeks after our departure...first time that has ever happened. To date, I have not received my security deposit check back...per the contract, it was to be returned 15 days after departure.
The condo was nice, but required some cleaning upon arrival. The vacuum cleaner bag was so full it wouldn't even pick up anything. Given that I had my 2 dogs with me, I went out and bought bags for the vacuum. Balcony was filthy and dirty towels were on the floor when we arrived.
Overall, enjoyed our week at Isle of Palms. Given the price, I expected better customer service. I have rented a number of places through Home Away and VRBO in a number of different states. This was the first time that I have ever had issues like these. Owner excellent, condo good, Robbie Downer poor.

Great Condo, Poor Managment

I’ll start with the positives. My family and I had a wonderful time at the condo – we enjoyed the view, the pool, the amenities, and we were only steps away from the beach. The condo is furnished with everything you could need and the location allows for easy access to neighborhood stores and restaurants. We also brought along our dog and the condo has a private porch with stair access which was great for our morning walks on the beach.

Unfortunately, our rating was primarily influenced by the poor rental experience and poor communication we received from the property manager, Robbie, throughout the rental process. We had to reach out to him multiple times to simply ensure our deposit check had been received and confirm condo was actually reserved. Later, after multiple inquiries into the check-in process, we were assured we would receive a ‘check-in email’ on the day of our arrival with all of the instructions including the access code to enter the property. Unfortunately, this email never came and after traveling all different parts of the country, we were left stranded in the parking lot of the property for over three hours after the official check-in time. During this time, we called Robbie and the management company numerous times but only got voicemails. We even visited the IOP office of Agent Owned Realty only to find it closed for the weekend. Robbie finally called us back at 6pm with the access codes necessary to enter the condo. Overall, we were very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism provided to us.

Excellent beach location!!

This condo is one of the nicest that we have rented. The bedrooms with their own bathroom & TVs were awesome. There were stairs or an elevator from the lower level parking. Close walk to eating establishments, souvenir shops, & Ben & Jerry's! This was a perfect location....just down a few steps off of your ocean view balcony & you're on the way to the beach...very short distance. We were also able to bring our dog, which is a big plus! I would highly recommend this well appointed condo & AgentOwned Realty which handles the condo for the owners. They were very helpful & kind.
