I am renting the newly renovated back house of my duplex!

2 Bedroom, one bathroom and brand new kitchen.

Free Wi-Fi and cable TV, washer & dryer in house.

Private backyard with hot tub.

Walking distance to a kids playground and FREE tennis court.

5 minutes to Marina del Rey Harbor and to the beach.

10 minutes to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Santa Monica and only 15 minutes to Beverly Hills.

Got kids? We have 40 Disney movies in the room.

Our stay at Marina Del Ray rental was excellent.

Our stay at Marina Del Ray rental was excellent. The house was just as described on the website, so no nasty surprises. Which is the best way to start your holiday. Franco and Iris are always on hand to offer advice or help with any problems, small touches like fresh flowers on the outside tables and fresh oranges from the garden tree made our stay all the more enjoyable.
The rental is close to all the major freeways making exploring very easy, with most of the major attractions being within 30 minutes.
Franco answered all correspondence promptly.
Overall the unit was clean and tide with everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the garden is great for sitting out in the evenings with a BBQ and patio heaters if needed. The use of the Jacuzzi is great and we used it most nights after our long days in Hollywood.
We would recommend this house to friends and family and would stay here again when we return to LA.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Wonderful Place!!!

What an absolutely wonderful place! I stayed there with my mom and my 3 boys for a few days during spring break this March and could not have been happier! If we need another longer stay in the area, we will definitely go back. Everything was just as described and the apartment was spotless. Truly, it's a wonderful place to stay! Thank you from all of us!!

Very nice property

Very nice and very clean unit. We would definately rent agan and highly recommend this property. Plenty of street parking. The property is very well kept and we used the hot tub and read in the backyard.

We did not receive the email in regards to codes to get in. This was becuase a problem with my email. We got a bit nervous when we could not reach Franco who was out of the country. All in all, it worked out and we were very pleased.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
