Kapalua Horizon of Gold is a spectacular four-bedroom plus den villa located within Maui's premier golf community of Plantation Estates/Honolua Ridge at Kapalua. This home is located on just under 5 ACRES. This setting affords complete and ultimate PRIVACY. Characteristic of this renowned community, great views are framed through every one the villa's many windows and sliding-glass doors, looking out over the area's sheltered bays.

Up to 10 guests can enjoy the sprawling ocean view perch. All bedrooms have en-suite bath. Hardwood floors, marble and rattan details make the complex a comfortable but sophisticated place to set up holiday headquarters in Maui. The indoors, with an airy, open-plan are very inviting, while guests can enjoy both shaded and sunny outdoor living on its many terraces and pool deck.

Alfresco details also include showers, loungers and a BBQ area. When the sun goes down and night chills the air, hop into the hot tub and check out the twinkling lights of Kapalua.

The resort community of Kapalua is laid-back and refined, but busting with activities from golf to tennis and yearly festivals. The beaches here are what you'd expect from Hawaii: white, soft and book-ended between coconut palms and warm, clear waters. This Estate is located in a prestigious gated community.

There is a Private 9 hole Golf course with two golf greens, four sand bunkers and six different tee boxes on the property. The largest hole is over 170 yards and there is also a large putting green. This property is a golfer's dream.

Kapalua is a very upscale resort. There are two championship golf courses, three gorgeous beaches, many restaurants, hiking trails, zip line adventures and always an uncrowded experience. This area is truly 'far from the maddening crowd'.

What makes this house unique

I choose this setting for the privacy, views and the fact that I will never see any other homes. My views are ocean, forests and my private golf course. If you truly want a private escape, this property is for you. You are also a short distance from the ocean and the Kapalua Resort. Having your own private golf course makes this home a golfers dream. We built this home as a family home and not a rental that can accommodate 20+ guests. All of our guests and loved and raved about our home.
