Our gorgeous 3 bedroom unit sleeps 10 comfortortably- 8 in beds and 2 on the sleeper. This airy unit features a sofa and a queen sleeper in the open living room. Large flat screen TV with cable and WiFi are great for after beach hours. This unit has tons of upgrades- hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, Italian Tile,etc.
The fully equipped kitchen has stainless Steel appliances and double convection's ovens plus all the other things that you need.
The master bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bath TV and access to the covered balcony.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two double beds. The hall bath is convenient to both bedrooms
All linens (except beach towels) are provided. A wsahser/dryer is provided in the unit for your convenience.
Parking is a premium on Tybee, but you have two assigned parking spaces close to the elevator.
Our shared pool is the largest on the island. We have a green space downstairs with several charcoal grills and a seating area.
Once you park, you can walk almost every where on the island. And you are close to the summer shuttle to Savannah if you choose not to drive the 17 miles into the historic district.

Please note that a $30 processing fee may be required. You must have either a $400 refundable damage waiver or a $35 non refundable security deposit.
Holiday rates may apply to New Years, St Pat, Easter Memorial Day, Labor Day, Pirate Fest, Thanksgiving and Christmas. (minimum of 3-4 days stay required)
Add $110 Housekeeping Fee and 13% Sales and Lodging Taxes to all rentals
