7 bedroom home. No storm damage at all, ready to rent. An incredible extra large deck with gazebo on the dune overlooking the ocean. Walkway from deck right to the beach. Kitchen/dining area right off deck for easy access from beach. Sleeps 16-18. 4 levels of living space with 4 and 1/2 bathrooms and showers. 8 flat screen TV's. Washer/dryer and fireplace. Blue-ray players, Play Station and X-box. Great outdoor shower, garage, and two central air controls. 5 off street parking spaces and 10 beach badges. Can walk to all stores and activities- never need to drive your car. Right over the bridge in the quiet part of Surf City for easy on/off access. Comes with all sheets, comforters, towels, pots, dishes, beach chairs and everything you will need for the entire vacation. Our change service will wash the sheets and towels, and clean and fold the sheets on the bed for the next tenant.

Oceanfront with incredible extra large deck on dune overlooking the ocean. Short private walkway to the beach. Walk to everything you need restaurants, shops, miniature golf, fishing, crabbing. Never need to drive and kids can walk themselves.,

We rented this house for a girls weekend with five adults and four children under the age of four and had a fabulous time. The house was terrific with amazing views and tons of space. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean was a tremendous hit and Jim was extremely nice making sure we were well accommodated. The house is literally on the beach and close to many shops. It was perfect for the kids and the adults. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend this house!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
