Peter purchased this house in 2012
The location is the best possible for ease of access to all the activities in Palm Springs.
Although we can't be there all the time, we're lucky to have a very close friend in Palm Springs manage the property for us. We know you'll be in good hands.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Palm Springs. The house was well appointed and we enjoyed the private backyard with a beautiful pool and spa. The house is a block from the "Movie Colony Neighborhood" which was is a great place for our morning walks.
We were back for the second time. Declared in first review that on this trip we would do the Hollywood Stars Home tour and Studio tours. Enjoyed these sites very much. We did that and then drove out to Palm Springs to start our stay. We were pleased to see six new pieces of artwork added to the existing collection in this home. Our stay would last seven days. Morning and evening meals when not at a nice local restaurant were done outside around the pool.
Local sites on this visit were to Sunnyland in nearby Rancho Mirage that invites you to discover and experience the Annenberg legacy. We enjoyed this site and want to tour more of it the next time. Another site was the Palm Springs Museum which exceeded our expectations. Another nearby trip took us to Southern California's version of the Napa and Sonoma Valley Area. It was in the city of Temecula and what we found exceeded our expectations. Recommend wine lovers check it out for a day or so on a visit.
Had a great stay at the house, very clean and well-kept, comfortable and modern with all the kitchen amenities one would need. Would definitely return for another relaxing stay!
My brother and I spent a wonderful month in this dream home. Palm Springs is the perfect place to relax in peace, while remaining close to the most famous places of California (Los Angeles, Las Vegas...) and even Mexico! The neighborhood is very quiet, and host Peter is a really friendly and considerate person. Decoration, swimming pool, jacuzzi, and the sound system inside and outside, are a real pleasure to wake up in the morning or any time of the day. I definitely recommend this house, we spent the entire month of July, and it's our best holiday yet! We'll come back soon in California, that's for sure.
Signed, two young French on holiday.
This house was perfect for us and made our vacation a totally positive experience. We were three couples who enjoyed all the amenities, of which there were many. The caretaker came right over when we needed assistance with the operation of spa heater and sound system.
The location was great for walking for exercise or to go to town, casino, and just breakfast.
I certainly recommend this rental. It was all we expected and more. We would rent it again.
This new property was in a very safe gated area within four blocks of downtown Palm Springs. Very easy walking distance to casino, main street areas and restaurant areas.
Accomodations were most idea. Up to seven individuals were present for this visit. Great swimming pool and hot tub facilities to meet our needs. Both indoor and outdoor cooking arrangements were utilized to make our eating arrangements the most economical during our stay.
Weather conditions were most ideal in the mid 80's. Took advantage of time spent there to take in the Joshua Tree National Park and the Palm Springs Tramway. Both items provided great site seeing. Lots of areas to hike around and enjoy nature scenery.
Highly recommend this property. Plan to get back there again as soon as the warm climate beckons. Want to site see areas in Hollywood and parts on another visit. Lots of golf courses around when I am ready to take advantage of that as well.
