One Bedroom/one Bath Cozy Condo With Ocean/pool View

Welcome Home to Tides on Hollywood Beach

This is a one bedroom, one bath condo overlooking the pool and with ocean view. Has semi-private beach with lifeguard. Walk by pool straight to the beach. Find yourself making sand castles, finding puffer fish and lion fish, seashells, crabs and other marine life. Has valet parking. Beautiful lobby with wireless internet. Business center, theater room, yoga room, heated pools/spas, fitness gyms, entertainment area with pool tables and soon a new yoga room. Very private, need FOB to get in and out. Room is furnished and well equipped. Move in ready!!

This condo is centrally located by Hallandale and Hollywood Beach. Close to Westin Diplomat, Aventura Mall, Ft Lauderdale airport, Port Everglades, Gulfstream casino, starbucks, walmart and more. Some are walking distance while others are just a few minutes by car.

Queen size bed, armoire, dressers, futon sofa, NEW portable baby crib/playpen, two tv, dvd players, vhs player, stereo system, wireless internet access throughout room, cable tv in both rooms. Kitchen has oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, microwave, blender, toaster and more. Dining table, great decor,… lots of closet space. Too much to mention! Linens, towels, cleaning supplies, umbrellas, chairs, utensils... You just have to bring yourself! Close to elevator, fire escape and laundry room. Room sleeps up to four. Two in bedroom, two on futon in living room. There is also an inflatable full size mattress.

This is your home away from home. You are our guests and if you need anything, we are close by. You don't have to deal with managerial companies, just the owners. So kick back, relax and welcome home! :)

About Margaret

This condo is our second home. We are locals and we come whenever we don't have guests staying. Coming here allows us to unwind from the 9 to 5 and allows us to enjoy the beautiful South Florida sun and surf.

This property is loaded with ammenities, such as a rec room, fitness room, theater room, concierge, heated pool and on the beach. Close to local restaurants, bars, five-star hotels and more. It's a wonderful place and a fantastic location.

What makes this condo unique

How do I know I'm home? When we walk in and look outside the window and see paradise. We are so fortunate to live where the weather is great all year round.

Perfect Getaway

Stayed here for a week with my family, and it was the perfect getaway from the Canadian winter. The condo was exactly as described, and it worked out perfectly with our 1 year old son. The pool was a big hit with him, and having access to the beach was perfect. It was relaxing every night to have drink on the balcony overlooking the ocean.We would stay here again, and I would recommend this place for a small family our a couple. Also the owner was very accommodating in providing us with a playpen for our son to sleep, so we didn't have to bring our with us.
Recommended for:  Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great vacation rental

We stayed at this unit for 3 months this winter, and it was very comfortable. Any issues that arose were quickly taken care of, and it was a very nice experience. Great views from the balcony.

Just concluded a week stay at the condo. Very nice, clean, well appointed condo. The building and grounds are in good shape and being right on the beach is a huge plus. Plenty of room in the unit and great views of the ocean and the pool from the balcony. Location is nice, between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami. We really enjoyed our stay.
Recommended for:  Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
