Beautiful Studio, Quiet, With Views, Great Location, Fabulous Gym And Spa

Our beautifully refurbished studios are the highest quality on the property with attention paid to every detail. This studio has a California king bed fitted with quality linens, down comforters and pillows, a leather sofa (pull out queen bed with down comforter), coffee table and leather armchair, silk-soft throws. A stone floor to ceiling fireplace, with hand crafted wooden mantle, 42 inch flat-screen cable tv with hdmi capability, radio alarm with ipod connectivity, designer sconces and hardwood floors. A fully equipped small kitchen area with hardwood cabinets and granite countertops, refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, and all pots, pans and utensils etc., dining table and chairs. A beautifully tiled bathroom with tub, shower and vanity. Plenty of fresh towels, shampoo and conditioner and soap etc all provided. Quality coffee and teas. There is also a balcony with chairs to sit out on. Free wi-fi in studio. You can also access onsite delivery for ski and snowboard rentals, and enjoy the silver mountain spa with leisure and lap pools, full gym and spa facilities.

Bryan and Helen own their own small family business, and have lived here in Park City, Utah for 14 years. We pride ourselves on offering high quality accommodation at a reasonable cost. Many of our guests return year after year, commenting on the great service, the friendliness, and cleanliness and comfort of our studios. We know all of our guests by name and take great pride in getting wonderful feedback on the studios. We do all our own renovation and refurbishment - and being discerning travelers ourselves we know that attention to detail is so important. We want you to have a fabulous - and affordable - trip to Park City.

Park City is a fabulous year round destination. We have several properties all at The Prospector. The location is ideal for hikers, bikers, skiers, or anyone wanting a quiet weekend getaway. Great neighborhood with cafes and restaurants, walking distance to sights and a free bus service stops outside the property.

Apart from the location, our studios are right across from the amazing Silver Mountain Spa - a newly renovated full service gym and spa with weights, cycles, racquetball, leisure and lap pool, saunas etc. We can offer our guests discounted access to the gym - heavily discounted daily rates.
