Really, the location is the best! This is a historic reconstruction that was finished December 2012. Only five minutes to all three resorts. This brand new home is the first LEED re-model in all of Summit County.

The location is the first characteristic that sets it apart but take a closer look and witness a perfect blend of traditional Park City mixed with modern sophistication.

At just under 1000 square feet, 210 Swede is a two-story, single master suite home. The home has an urban loft feel with two full bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen with Viking and AGA appliances.

In the downstairs living room there are two fold-down sleeper couches and the upstairs master has the most comfortable king available for purchase. Lots of feather comforters and linen bedding gives our home a distinct Euro feel.

The new electronics boast 55' and 70' LED flat screens with every channel possible. A Sonos sound system links the to levels with rich sound and ultra fast Comcast wifi lets users work, surf, and stream.

The heating system is very cozy and European. The efficient induction panel heaters (4) keep the home at a mild ambient temperature but the two Plasma fireplaces give out amazing heat and fill the room with a rich glow.

On the secluded back deck there is a 5 person hot tub and a very private hang-out area.

There are so many unique features found in Park City's first historic LEED certified home. Please look closely at our pictures so you can see how special this home really is.

Great location for for Skiing and exploring Main street

Appointed nicely and worked very well for us and our two sons. Wasatch brew/pub is right across the street and main street bus stop is right there as well to take you directly to Park City Mountain to ski. We were able to cook breakfast and relax at night as well as jump over to Main Street whenever we anted - very convenient. Everything was clean and tiddy. Would definitely go back.

Perfectly appointed, great location

This unit is amazing. Located right at the top of main street we were able to walk to any restaurant/bar we wanted as well as the town lift for skiing. The unit itself had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was perfectly appointed with coffee machines, cooking utensils etc. The bathrooms were lovely with nice fresh towels, and the bedroom was great. The hot tub was perfect for easing sore muscles after a long day of skiing. We would absolutely without question stay here again.

Park City has been my preferred destination for 5 years but this was the best. Clean, modern, and very cool. The location on Main St kept my car parked the entire time.

Fabulous Place - Far Exceeded Expectations!

We stayed here for just under a week and while the pictures are great, it doesn't do the place justice. Beautiful finishes, very European feel, you can walk to everything in downtown and its close to the three main Park City mountains. It is clear that a lot of time and care was put into designing this place. Clean lines, high-end amenities and appliances. Perfect for a couple and very romantic! I can't say enough good things about this place.
