Everything about our Holiday in this lovely villa was great.
Sandra was a pleasure to deal with, and the Villa is just perfect.
It's very spacious has all the mod cons and the 2 bathrooms are a bonus.
Probably the best thing (apart from great air con in every room it is VERY HOT in August!) is the great use of outdoor space. The roof solarium is lovely and the fridge up there a great idea, we didn't sit up there as it was just too hot but I imagine it is lovely in the slightly cooler months.
The garden area with the BBQ is just great for morning and evening it has lots of lovely plants and is really nice to eat Dinner in if you do decide to cook or get a takeaway, both of which we did a couple of time when relaxing in the sun at the beach got too much and we couldn't drag ourselves away from the apartment to go to the Strip to eat!
Kevin and Sandra are the best! Sandra did some basic shopping for us as we didn't arrive untill 11pm Kev picked us up at the airport and the following day took me to the big supermarket so I could buy tons and tons of stuff and stock up to save struggling from the smaller supermarket which is about 5 mins away.
Kevin also took us to the water park a couple of times was always on time and his prices are very reasonable and it seems nothing is too much trouble.
The beach is lovely and only about 10mins walk.
The pool area is really nice all grass and very clean. There is a mixture of nationalities which is nice and everyone is very friendly and even in August it was pretty quiet on and off.
Lots of the bars on the strip have free WIFI our girls got a chance to have a quick catch up with their mates in the evening before we ate dinner.
The Italian Affair, Mamma Mias and Wok Chinese were prob our favourite places to eat for value for money but there are tons of different places to choose from, Indian, Argentinian!,Burger, Mexican and a few English, only thing we couldn't find was proper spanish food but i think you have to go a bit further afield for that.
Lots of places to catch football for the men that can't do without it and a nice market on thursdays for great fruit and veg, clothes, trinkets and other goodies.
We have already booked to go back next summer as really we couldn't fault it.
Owner's Response: Thank you so much for this great review Dianne & Mick. We do try to keep the villa updated by replacing and adding something every year! You will see a difference next year as the new Boulivard in La Zenia will be opened...and it's in walking distance! It's supposed to be the biggest shopping centre in Europe! When you return next year I will have directions for the local Spanish restaurants for you. Thanks again..
