Condo owner took a personal interest, calling in advance to offer early check-in and following up to check our satisfaction. Roomy condo has everything needed except free wifi, although CD player with speakers would be a nice enhancement. Building has reasonably priced subscription wifi. Balcony across entire face of unit with extra outdoor dining area is an awesome plus. Views from 11th floor are outstanding. Building personnel are readily available and helpful. Beach access is right out the back door and beaches are all you expect from the Emerald Coast. Great location with easy access to Seaside and the many communities and beaches along 30-A. Note this is the tallest building for miles, so it's easy to find "home." Only one other high-rise is in the area, a few lots down. Great condo for small family, couple or two couples.

Owner's Response: We do have complimentary wireless internet, and we have contacted the internet provider and they are sending a refund. The welcome page that comes up to log on provides a space for payment, but all that is needed is the username and password that we provide.
