Cabin, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 2-4)

Charming Log Cabin - one bedroom with futon couch for extra bed. Large deck looking over a field of flowers, blueberries, rasberries, and apples with mountain ranges in the background. A gentle stream runs around the field. The property is 32 acres for extra privacy. There is a beautiful nature trail to a river which is part of the property so you can have your own private swimming or fishing hole or just a place to sit and meditate.

National Park, Blue Ridge Parkway, and other hiking trails are nearby. Artists of international fame live in Celo, Burnsville, Penland and the surrounding area so there are numerous artist studios and galleries to visit. The property is next to Pieper Glass, where you can watch glass being blown by a top artist. The eclectic city of Asheville is less than an hour away, offering many additional wonderful restaurants, art galleries, health spas, and quaint shops.

A great place to get away from it all.....enjoyed sitting on the large deck and hearing the 'quiet'...Only need a better sign to show the way to the river (couldn't find the sign) ...Saw deer at dusk....Great for a quiet get away for us 'oldsters'........Hope to return........
