1BR+/1BA – Sleeps 2-6 with Second Floor View

Beachwood Villas 2-F is a 1Bed/1Bath condo that has been recently completely remodeled! It offers peaceful views of one of the many courtyards of the complex and sits just adjacent to one of the two pools on the grounds. 2-F sleeps between 2-4 adults with a king bed and a queen pull-out couch bed, and there are also additional built in bunks that can accommodate 2 adventurous adults or children. The entire condo is tiled, with beautiful earth tone furnishings and décor throughout the unit. The living room offers a large flat screen TV, DVD and cable. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, all new stainless appliances including a dishwasher, and granite countertops with a breakfast bar. A quaint dining area boasts a table that seats 4. The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and large closet. The bathroom sits just next to the bedroom with a full tub and shower combo with plenty of space. There is also a private balcony that overlooks the lush tropical landscaping of Beachwood Villas, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and the Gulf breeze overlooking the pool. This unit is just across the street from the beach, very close to the dedicated walkover for all Beachwood Villas guests.

Beachwood Villas is an eight-acre complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach that is well suited for couples or families, with 2 pools(one heated in February), tennis courts, shuffleboard, children's play area, and beautifully landscaped walking areas. Seagrove Plaza is next door for food, shopping, and video rentals. Bike rentals across the plaza offer a great way to get around and ride to Seaside or Watercolor, in fact the 19 mile bike path runs right in front of this property. Beachwood Villas also has many repeat guests who visit frequently. In fact, the Seagrove/Seaside area has a special quality, all its own, that will make you want to come back year after year!

There are many places to explore as this area on 30-A is bordered on each end by state parks with miles of uncrowded beaches and Point Washington State Park behind it, with hiking and/or biking trails. Panama City Beach is just 20 minutes away and features the new Pier Park shopping area. (Target, Dillards, Penney's, Grand Theatre.) Destin is about 25 minutes to the West with Silver Sands Factory Outlet. This is a great vacation destination!

It's been a month since our vacation and I am already looking to return over the summer. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The condo had all the amenities needed. The condo was nicely decorated and had all upscale furnishing. The condo grounds were manicured. We especially enjoyed the heated pool. On our last night, we decided to stay an extra day. Thankfully, the owners were able to accommodate our last minute request. It was perfect!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Seagrove. We could walk to Seaside; we were very close to the beach, and the condominium is just as described. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. The pool was sparkling. While there is room for 6 people, it would be very tight, especially with one bathroom! We also recommend the Old Bay seasoned steamed shrimp at Goatfeathers Seafood Market which is just a short walk down the street!

I had a weekend with 2 girlfriends and we loved our time on 30A! The condo was so comfortable, clean and lovely. Morning coffee on the deck felt like a private oasis. Location couldn't have been better as everything was short drive or walk to great restaurants. Execellent access to beach just steps from your door! Would definetely love to go back as we so enjoyed the sweet life on 30A

I arrived to find a condo exceeding my expectations! Not always the case when renting from online. The unit was lovely and comfortable and the area was quiet and very picturesque. The beach was never crowded and you can walk for miles along the shoreline. All combined made for a great getaway and comfortable stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Romantic Getaway
