You can make free local and long distance calls anywhere in the US and Canada. There is a separate security system for the home. Southern Dunes not only has one of the finest golf courses in the area but a clubhouse with exercise equipment, tennis courts and the security of a 24 hours manned entry way to the community. Wal Mart is within walking distance.
