SUMMER & FALL AVAILABILITY!! This recently renovated 1 bed/1 bath condo is comfortably furnished in a coastal theme. It is open and airy with vaulted ceilings in the living room and is an end unit, located on the 2nd floor (top floor - with it's own private staircase/entrance) in a beautifully landscaped quiet, private gated community. Parking is immediately in front of the unit. The unit includes the following: ceiling fan, queen sleeper sofa, 40in TV, DVD, cable with PVR in the living room, fully equipped kitchen (including microwave and dishwasher), the bedroom has a high quality, pillow-top king bed, 32in LED TV with cable, ceiling fan. Wireless internet (wi-fi) inside the unit. All bedding, linens and towels are provided, including everything you need for the beach & pool (beach chairs/umbrella/cooler/beach towels). In unit laundry. Private lanai with patio furniture and electric bbq.

This gated/security patrolled complex is extremely well maintained and groomed, boasts a large heated pool with hot tub, games room with billiards, fully equipped gym, tennis and squash court - all within a few minutes walking distance from the condo. The people are friendly and inviting - the clubhouse offers a Friday evening get-together/other activities throughout the year. This is a wonderful complex for 'snowbirds'.

The Enclave is located approx 3 miles from I-75 (exit 101) and a short 10 minute drive to Old Naples/5th Ave and beautiful beaches (including Naples famous pier). Plenty of restaurants and shopping in the area.
