Beautiful spacious, sunny apartment with 2 balconies and 2 bedrooms, sleeping 4

In the heart of the old city looking over the park and church of Sant Pau (one of Barcelona's oldest) this charming apartment has been styled in a modern, funky way to be an extremely comfortable home from home. The lounge is large with cable TV, there is WiFi and there are two small balconies. The lounge and main bedroom look over a park so there are no buildings blocking the valuable sunlight! The kitchen is a good size and well equipped and the second bedroom is a twin room. The bathroom is also a good size with a bathtub and shower in the bath.

The Raval is the trendy, young and multicultural heart of Barcelona. It is the largest part of the old city and there are many bars and restaurants. You can walk to virtually all of the city's sites from here. There is also much cultural life in the Raval with many small theatres and the city's opera house and modern art gallery being located here. The Ramblas is a few minute's walk as is the harbour.

  • BCN Ramblas 3
    Low season rates are for 3-4 people: 99 euros per night, 599 euros per week; 1-2 people: 90 euros per night, 549 euros per week.
    Mid Season rates are for 3-4 people: 110 euros per night, 699 euros per week; 1-2 people: 95 euros per night, 599 euros per week.
    High Season rates are for 3-4 people: 120 euros per night, 749 euros per week 1-2 people: 100 euros per night, 630 euros per week.
  • SEASONS:
    Low Season is January 1st to Easter and November to Christmas.
    Mid Season from after Easter to end of June and from September 1st to October 31st
    High Season is July and August, the Mobile World Congress in February, Formula 1 Grand Prix, other major sporting and conference events, certain bank holidays.
    On enquiry with dates and number of people we will reply with an exact quote and explanation of the rate applied.

    PAYMENT PROCEDURE:
    Payment is: 40% with the booking by credit card or bank transfer, the rest on arrival in cash.

    BOOKING CONDITIONS/EXCEPTIONS:
    Please note that we do not accept all male or all female groups.
    Nor do we accept bookings from under 30s.
    No pets of any kind are allowed.
    By Spanish law you may not smoke in the apartment.
  • INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
    Prices include cleaning, laundry, provision of sheets and towels, tax (18% VAT where applicable) electricity, gas and water.
    Please also note that the Catalan government may apply a tourist tax of one euro per person per night this year.
    We do not yet know how this will work but it is included in the above rates.

    EXTRA FEES:
    There is an obligatory extra 20 euro charge for being met at the apartment after 10pm, this rises to 30 euros after 11pm and after midnight to 50 euros.

Spacious apartment with great location

Even though our flight plans changed twice our property manager was waiting for us to let us in apartment:) Be ready to climb some serious stairs as it is 67 steps up to the apartment...but you will need it after all the tapas and vino.
Awesome location. Walking distance to las Ramblas and bus stops, even the port.
Apartment was clean and very spacious. bed linens were sparse but acceptable.
Overall a great experience.
