A Little Slice of Heaven!

Our mountain getaway sits on 32 acres of beautiful mountain land. We have a big garden and fruit trees, as well as lots of woods and hiking trails, with a creek at the bottom of our hill. Two decks give you ample opportunity to enjoy sitting outside in the wonderful mountain air and enjoying watching the birds and other critters, as well as the sunsets. The home is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture and beds.

About Margie Spraggins

We are a retired couple living in Orlando. We have used this as our summer home for 17 years and are interested in spending more time in Florida and less in the Carolinas, so the house will be available for rental from April through November.

Why Margie Spraggins chose Highlands

We bought this property because of it's natural beauty. It was and is the prettiest piece of land we have seen in the mountains. It is at approximately 3,600 feet in altitude which makes it nice and cool in the summertime.

What makes this house unique

Total privacy. The combination of gardens, woods, creek and views make it a paradise. The bird watching is spectacular. Easy ingress and egress are a plus, as well.

Our property is on 32 acres of mountain land,

15 minutes to Highlands and 15 minutes to Dillard, GA. Beautiful mountain views and creek on property. Just off the main road and only two minutes from the new zip line and also the sports center in Scaly.
