This lovely, one-level 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is available for your holiday or vacation in Sunny Arizona, Nicely appointed with everything you need for a relaxing, home away from home experience. Cable TV's with movie channels in living areas and master bedroom, WIFI, washer/dryer, fully furnished kitchen with all appliances, gas grill on covered back porch. Garage, Tile floors throughout house. Comes with linens and bedding.

Enjoy the ensuite bath, featuring soaker tub, walk-in shower, double sinks.

Our home features vaulted ceilings throughout with an open, airy floorplan. Ceiling fans throughout.

The property is located on a quiet street in Queen Creek (San Tan). The house is well equipped with amenities and electronic devices, except a hard wired telephone. The home owner is exceptionally willing to assist in any way he can to make sure you have a pleasant visit. The location is suitable for anyone wishing to spend a relaxing day golfing. (Many places to choose from.) Shopping is reasonably situated such that a short drive accomodates a pleasant experience. Prices for food, gas, and clothes are good.
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: I, like many others living in the United States, no longer have land lines. I do supplement that by offering "skype" and a desktop computer with internet access

My husband and I stayed here the week before Christmas. The house was very clean, well appointed and decorated very tastefully. The host was always available with suggestions if we asked.

Our host was charming, hospitable and helpful, going out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and looked after. The house itself is very comfortable and the only thing we missed was good weather!

We were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay very much! The listing was accurate to location and photo's were discriptive. The property was clean and well-maintained and I would recommend the property to anyone. There are golf courses and restaurants nearby.
