The cottage comprises of a large boutique quality unified space for 2+1 persons, plus one secondary room for 2, where self catering is possible. The area is usually quiet and rural but within 2 Km away of beach or main Town. Surround area is a well trimmed large garden. The place has only a mountainside view but emits a positive and relaxing airy energy. Parking is abundant. If needed, a local bus to Town passes nearby. Walking 20' or cycling 5' to Town is easy too. WiFi is locally provided free. Owners live next, at the same area.

Kos island provides beaches, night life, cycling, climbing. Do visit also the nearby islands Nisyros, Kalymnos, Leros, Patmos or Bodrum/Turkey. Ancient medical sanctuary Asclepeion is a must. Kos city center is 2 km away. A bicycle is enough for this. Local bus available every hour. A motorbike is enough for the whole island. *Aerial Sightseing under arrangement via Owner*.

These are the basic accommodation charges . Include bed-linen change every week. Do not include served breakfast and airport transportation. Buses or Taxis available at 35Euro.
* AERIAL SIGHTSEING and extra pampering,under negotiation via Owner.
To block the dates,50% pre-payment is obligatory and the remaining 50% is to be payed 30 days before arrival.
Blocked dates can be seen from the Active Calendar when prepayment is verified.
CANCELATIONS: More than 45 days of arrival, a sum of 50Euro is kept.
From 45 to 15 days of arrival, 50% of total is held.
From 15 days till arrival day, 80% of total is held.
A DAMAGE PROTOCOL will be signed by both parties and a deposit of 300Euros or Passport will be held till departure. Broken items,installations,messing of walls and plumbing must be refunded for repairs. A sum of 50Euros will be charged if house is returned dirty. Hooliganism and antisocial behaviour will be treated immediately.
