Our house is located in an urbanisation about 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mars. The lone-standing house is ideal for 6 to 8 people, on request it can also be rented as 2 separate holiday apartments. In the upper part of the house, you will find 2 bedrooms (one with a high-tech shower), 1 WC, 1 open kitchen, 1 living room with a couch, fireplace, SAT-TV (German TV) and DVD player. From the living room you can get directly to the winter garden (dining area) with large sliding windows. Directly next to this you can sit on the open balcony. In the lower area of the house you will find 2 more bedrooms, 1 eat-in kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower and WC. The house is about 155 m² large. On the terrace, you have sitting options for 8 people, a grill and of course the very beautiful pool (7 x 3).

The house is located in the urbanisation of Lloret Verd and is about 5 km from the centre of Lloret de Mar. In Lloret de Mar you will find very good bus connections, for example to Tossa de Mar, Barcelona, Blanes and a few more. There are also very beautiful bays, beaches and markets. Lloret de Mar has many options for your evening: Bars, discos, restaurants, casino, sport, etc. Tips for your holiday activities (for example, water world, sea museum, horse riding, garden facilities, parks, city tours with the "train", recreation park, ship rides, excursions, etc.) and your shopping facilities (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona) are ready for you. The house has a beautiful sea view.

Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen, ruhigen Gegend nahe Lloret de mar. Die grosse Terasse mit Grillplatz und der wunderschöne Ausblick sind traumhaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, vor Allem der Zubau im Erdgeschoss mit neuer Küche war für uns Hobbyköche sehr ansprechend. Die Vermieterin und auch unsere Nachbarn waren sehr nett und haben uns hilfreiche Tips bezgl. Strände, Märkte, Restaurants usw. gegeben.

Schönes Ferienhaus bei Lloret de Mar

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Urbanisation nahe Lloret de mar. Die grosse Terasse mit Grillplatz und der wunderschöne Ausblick sind traumhaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut, vor Allem der Zubau im Erdgeschoss mit neuer Küche ist ansprechend. Den angepriesenen Geschirrspüler gibt es im Erdgeschoss leider nicht. Entäuschend hinsichtlich Sanitäreinrichtungen ist das Obergeschoss, in dem es nur eine Mini-Toilette mit kleinem Waschbecken (= Bad) und eine Dusche in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer (!) gibt. Die Vermieterin ist nett und bemüht um Ihre Gäste. Zu beachten ist die doch sehr grosse Entfernung zu einem der weitläufigen schönen Strände, die ab der Ortschaft Blanes beginnen; die Fahrtzeit dorthin beträgt in etwa 30 Minuten.
In Summe ein schönes Feriendomizil in angenehmer Atmosphäre und einem schönen Pool.
Owner's Response: Wir sind sehr dankbar für die Hinweise des Urlaubers. In Hinblick auf den fehlenden Geschirrspüler haben wir die etwas fehlerhafte Beschreibung abgeändert. Ein nachträglicher Einbau in der unteren Küche ist geplant.
In nur 10 Autominuten bzw. in 5 km sind die großen Badestrände, die typisch für die Costa Brava sind, in Lloret, Fenals und Sa Boadella sowie in kleineren Badebuchten zu erreichen. Für die ab Blanes beginnenden sehr weitläufigen Naturstrände der Costa Maresme benötigen Sie zwischen 15 und 30 Minuten.

Die Villa Montcortes ist genauso wie im I-Net beschrieben. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, nette Vermieter, die immer für einen da sind und hilfreich zur Seite stehen. Vor allem die Top Lage. Man hat es echt nicht weit zum Strand. Man kann auch den tollen sauberen Swimmingpool nutzen und sich dann schön in der Sonne trocknen lassen. Bin begeistert.

Feriendomizil der besonderen Art

Das wunderschön gelegene Feriendomizil ist in einem tollen Zustand und lädt Jung und Alt zu einem mediteranen Urlaub ein. Der Pool und der Meerblick ein Eldorado für alle Wasserratten. Die schöne Umgebung entspricht allen Vorstellungen der Costa Brava.
Abwechslungsreich sind die Freizeitmöglichkeiten und die urigen Restaurants in Lloret de Mar. Nicht nur die Abi-Generation kann sich hier wohlfühlen. Empfehlen werde ich dieses tolle Haus besonders Reisenden über 50 und Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Das tolle ich konnte meinen kleinen Hund Rocky mit in den Urlaub nehmen.
Hier wurde im Onlineinserat nicht zu viel vom Vermieter versprochen, ganz im Gegenteil. Es war noch besser, es war live. Danke für die schönen Urlaubstage.

Das Ferienhaus Villa Montcortes entspricht genau der Beschreibung im Internet. Wir haben uns in den zwei Wochen Urlaub mit unserer Familie sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet viel Platz, ist sehr gepflegt und für Familien mit Kindern sehr gut geeignet. Sehr nützlich waren die vielen, von der Vermieterin zusammengestellten, Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen. Besonders hat uns der Strand in Sa Boadella gefallen.
