4 Bedroom/3 bath 2nd floor condo, Ocean View Roofdeck

Gracious and comfortable home just steps from the 34th street entrance to one of the best beaches in Ocean City. Luscious exterior landscaping, garage, and enclosed entry, WIFI and cable TV.

Beautiful hardwood floors, and granite and leather accent the spacious layout of the dining, living, areas! This place gets great reviews from all of our guests. Grill and dine on the back deck. The master bath features a premium queen sized mattress and a tiled en-suite bath, and access to the front porch, and cable TV. Across the hall is a junior master with another premium queen bed and a tiled bathroom with shower, This room also features access to the front porch. Two rooms, each with a pair of twin beds, and a third full bath and a laundry area complete the main living level. Wander up the indoor stairway to a large furnished roof-deck, perfect for enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Leave you cars in the garage and private parking space and travel around with the two new beach bikes. No need to go far, the Acme is just down the street, and on the way you'll pass the tennis courts and playground on 34th street.

About Lynne Seligman

For 20 years and more we rented beach homes on the Outer Banks in North Carolina so we know first-hand what it takes to make a beach home comfortable. We bought our first beach home a couple of years ago and it rented so fast we never got to spend much time in it. We had been thinking about purchasing a second house in Ocean City and when we saw this place we fell in love with it. We have had a great experiences with wonderful guests via VRBO and are looking forward to setting things in place for a great vacation for our guests at this house too.

This location is great. Within a block you have beautiful beaches, restaurants, convenience shopping, tennis, and a playground. The property is nicely landscaped, and the kitchen, dining, and living areas are nicely laid out with gracious and comfortable furnishings. There are tree decks. The rooftop deck is a great place to enjoy a tall cool drink. Grill and dine on the main deck, or enjoy a private cup of coffee in the morning on the front deck off the master bedroom.

Just over the bridge and you are there. This spot is only steps away from one of the best beaches on the island. Sandy left the dunes intact in this section of the island- we were high and dry! Within a block you have the beach, tennis courts, bike paths, a playground, restaurants and convenience stores.
