The Shire,West Haven, provides the ideal base for exploring the wonderful world of Disney only 15 minutes away. Close to Disney is Universal Studios, waiting to give days full of excitement and thrills.

An hour west you reach the beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico, to the east Coca Beach and Daytona. Also near Coca Beach is Kennedy Space Centre and the chance to see a live space launch.

For the golfers there are numerous courses a short drive away. The closest is 5 minutes away at Champions Gate with the Greg Norman designed National and International courses beside the David Leadbetter Academy and floodlight practice range. Other courses of note close by are Celebration, Mystic Dunes and Falcon Fire.

For the shoppers the Orlando Premium Outlet Mall, Prime Outlets, Mall at Millenia and Florida Mall are all within easy reach.

When it comes to eating many of the famous names like Longhorn Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Chilis and Bahama Breeze are all within easy driving distance

WOW what a place!

We are a family of 4 with two children aged 11 and 14, one of which has a disability with mobility issues. We are regular visitors to Florida and have stayed in a few villas in the West Haven area but this is by far the best we have stayed in.

This is a beautiful, spacious well maintained villa with high quality furnishings and equipped with every item you may need to complement your busy days out or lazy days by the pool. Situated at the end of a quiet gated cul de sac, it's 15 minutes drive from Disney, 5 minutes from I4 and 5 minutes from Publix, Chili's and 7elven at Champions Gate.

Communication between owners has been wonderful. The helpful, quick and friendly correspondence has been a pleasure.

We look forward to our next visit.

A 5 Star Villa!

An absolutely delightful 5-week stay during February and March of 2012. This home is described as a "Luxury, Disney area Villa", and it certainly was! This spacious home was immaculate, very nicely appointed, and well maintained, which reflects owner pride and excellent management. The home is ideally located in a gated community, on a quiet cul-de-sac with sidewalks throughout the neighborhood for daily walks, and within short distances of golf, Disney attractions, restaurants and shopping. We are very particular about the homes we rent, and this home was all that we had expected and more. It comes highly recommended!

Spent 3 weeks at the villa in Davenport. Everything was exactly as pictured. It was immaculate and comfortable. Had no problem with anything. Would recommend the villa to everyone. Power went out in the area and when it came back on there was a problem with the smoke alarm. Steve, the property manager, came right over to change the battery. We weren't sure what the problem was.
Owner's Response: Kind comments are always appreciated. It is one thing to have a good property but essential to have a good management company as support. In Florida Dream Management Company we have one of the best!

Honeymoon in Florida

We stayed in the villa for our honeymoon in September. Couldn't have asked for a better location. Was really close to the parks and shopping but was also really quiet and relaxing.
The sun was at the pool all day long which made it easy to relax and enjoy it.
Hope to get back again next year for our 1st anniversary!

We had an extended stay of 6 weeks so wanted a villa which could offer a home from home. We visit Florida every year so had high expectations of the house and it was everything we expected and more. The villa provided a real home from home with the added benefit of a lovely sunny pool and deck. The recently opened clubhouse provided additional opportunity for leisure activity. Access to the parks and beyond is easy via the I 4 and for a really good steak go South on the 27 to Mannys Chop House at Haines City
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
