Newly redecorated, 6,000 sq. ft. Sea Pines vacation home. Perfect for large/ multiple families with two master suites, and 4 other spacious bedrooms (2 kings, and the other two rooms have 2 queen beds), all with large, upgraded bathrooms and walk in closets. Great loft on the third floor is a perfect place for the kids to hang out. Top of the line kitchen with SubZero fridge, Viking appliances, and plenty of counter space for cooking and dining in during your stay. Great location along the beach path on the fourth row, only a short walk away from sand and sea. A large salt water swimming pool (18’ x 32’) and great patio area (with grill) right outside the den gets a great combination of sun and shade throughout the day. Minutes away from golf, tennis, South Beach, and Harbour Town
About Owners/Property managers

We are the Rothberg Family. We have been vacationing in Sea Pines for over 30 years. Our family rented this home in 2009 and considered it our all-time favorite. When the opportunity came along to buy the home this year we did just that. We finally bought our Sea Pines family beach home!

Sea Pines vacation home is perfect for large/ multiple families with two master suites, and 4 other spacious bedrooms (2 kings, and the other two rooms have 2 queen beds), all with large, upgraded bathrooms and walk in closets. Great loft on the third floor is a perfect place for the kids to hang out. What makes this house unique

The house is located on the beach walk. Kids can run to and from the beach without a road to cross. Each of the bedrooms are huge. No one feels shortchanged in the selection of rooms and everyone can enjoy the public spaces at the same time without feeling crowded. Oh and the POOL is the biggest pool we have had in any home we rented. Plenty of room for everyone.
