Prime Location Apartments only 15 metres from the sea

Set in a spectacular location the property comprises of four self contained apartments. Three are budget priced studio apartments with en suite shower room and each with their own separate adjoining kitchenette, and the fourth is our flag ship spacious two bedroom en suite apartment with a large kitchen and living room leading to a sea view balcony. All the apartments have air conditioning in the bedrooms.

Within walking distance are shops, pharmacy, bank and restaurants, and also the famous fishing village of 'Oistins' renowned for it's week-end Fish Fry

All the apartments have fast wireless internet connection.

The property is ideally suited for weddings (the ceremony can take place in front of the beach) , wedding blessings or an aniversary party, whereby all the apartments can be rented accommodating up to 15 people. Stay and play golf deals can be arranged.

The studio apartments are also ideal for single guests.

These three 1 bedroom studio apatments are located on the right hand side of the property when viewed from the sea. Each apartment has a king-size bed (or twin) with en-suite shower room and toilet, and each unit has a small, but well equipped adjoining kitchenette. There are two ground floor apartments each with a small patio, and one first floor apartment with balcony. A laundry service (excluding ironing) can be provided for $10 US per load. A fold-away bed or cot can also be provided at an additional £10 per night.

Maxwell Beach Apartments in Barbados is a perfect destination for sun, relaxation, water sports, friendly people, great food and for the night life. Maxwell Beach Apartments was everything I dreamed it was.
I stayed at Maxwell Beach Apartments for 1 month and I could not ask for more hospitable people as in Peter and Shenna. They made my stay in Barbados safe, fun and exciting. They took great care of me. The apartments are right on the beach, which Peter keeps manicure on a regular basis. Shenna, keeps the apartments very clean and well equipped with the basic amenities and will take care of all your needs and wants. The destination is perfect for walking to Oistins and the
St. Lawrence Gap. Buses run on a regular basis therefore getting to Bridgetown or beaches is very easy to do. Maxwell Beach Apartments is the place to experience going to sleep and waking up to the sound of the waves. What A Dream !

Perfect Beachfront Rental at Maxwell

Leaving the snow and cold behind us and being greeted by a cheerful Leroy at the airport to take us to Maxwell Beach Apartments was definitely a great start to our three week holiday. My husband and I could not have found a better place. We had a ground floor studio apartment, one of three studios. There is also a first floor two bedroom apartment. The kitchen was well equipped as we are both passionate in our cooking skills. Our host, Peter, commented on the delicious aromas coming from our place. A 10 minute walk to the Oistins fish market and Supercentre grocery store was all I needed to buy the local ingredients to prepare Bajan cuisine during our stay. Since it's a repeat visit to Barbados, we skipped on the usual tourist places and settled down to a relaxing vacation. Several meters away is the beautiful Caribbean Sea. The front yard is the beach with lounge chairs and single seat hammocks hanging from the almond tree. The bus stops are close by and you can always take the ZR minibuses into town and back for $2BDS single fare. St Lawrence Gap is just several minutes bus ride away. Peter was so helpful with any of our requests and helped arrange a car rental for two days. We traveled across the island to the East Coast to photograph the rugged beauty of Bathsheba, Foul Bay, and Cattlewash. If you have the chance to go to the East coast, stop at the Bay Tavern at Martins Bay for the most exquisite red snapper and macaroni pie. Picnic tables are set up on either side of the small road and along the coral beach of Martins Bay. Our apartment was exactly what we wanted; clean, comfortable and close to the sea. Evening serenades by the whistling frogs and lull of the waves added to this perfect holiday rental. And we have already booked the same apartment for next year's holiday. It's a perfect location for a relaxing vacation.

Perfect patch of paradise

Our first trip to Barbados was made all the more special by Maxwell beach apartments great location and our wonderful hosts, Peter and Sheena. The apartments are clean and comfortable and they have the added benefit of having a wonderful private beach and gardens, the views from the beach are outstanding and I never tired of looking at the turquoise sea. A 10 mins walk took us to Oistins where we could eat in the evenings, shop at the super market and visit Miami beach which was lovely and a 5 minute bus trip took us to St Lawrence Gap where there was some lovely places to eat and drink . We hired a car for three days which allowed us to see more of the island and Peter could not have been more helpful with advice where to visit and places to eat. The weather was mostly fantastic execpt from the occasional shower, we were there for 10 days and we only had one cloudy day that persisted, the sun was very present every other day. We loved the island, the people, the weather, the food, the location and our hosts, we would love to and most likely will go again!

Our holiday

Wonderful weeks, thank-you all for you help Martin, Peter & Sheena.
Last year we had three weeks in the one bedroom apartment and returned this year for a four week holiday two weeks with family and the remaining two on our own in the two bedroom apartment. Apartments are located on the beach front, with privacy if you required it.
We have been coming to Barbados since 2002, and stopped in various apartments , and we have found your apartments to be the most accommodating and friendly that we have used.
Thanks for the golf.
We will returning next year and look forward to enjoying your company again.

There is also a Bank, Shopping Centre, Pharmacy and Petrol Station all within easy walking distance.

Set in it's own private grounds the property has a fabulous beach side location, literally 15 metres from the sea.
