Located 5 minutes away from many restaurants and 10 min away from abbot kinney and main st. In santa monica. Steps to the bike path that goes from malibu to redondo beach along the seaside. The apartment has been just remodeled with modern kitchen and fully equipped. Can sleep up to 4 people plus a small child.

This is a beach condo that I purchased for occasional use. I was always in love with this location in Playa del Rey by the Ocean and Canal.

What makes this condo unique

In Playa del Rey you feel that you are not in LA, that you are really in a beach resort. This condo has an ideal location, by the bike path and Canal and 100 fts to the sand.
