“Island Breeze” is a luxurious upscale 2 story beach house with its own private heated pool that has just been renovated & updated with new amenities, furniture & art, mattresses, and linens. 'Island Breeze' is now tastefully decorated with color and comfortable furnishings throughout to give it a true beach-house feeling.
“Island Breeze” includes everything you will need to have an exceptional vacation at the beach. It is located in the private gated beach community of Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle, which sits at the corner of the Gulf of Mexico and East Pass.
The second floor of “Island Breeze” has high ceilings, oak wood floors, and an open floor plan that includes a large living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is fully furnished and features maple and glass cabinetry, granite counters tops, stainless steel appliances, and a bar-height counter that seats 4. Additionally, it includes a fabulous dining table that comfortably seats 10.
The living room features 2 new large fine leather sofas that are extremely comfortable, 2 new upholstered arm chairs & an ottoman, a 42” flat screen television, dvd player, and a cd/ipod stereo system. There are many windows, making it light and bright. It also has a large front porch that provides great outside living space and is furnished with a wicker cushioned love sofa, 2 cushioned chairs, and a coffee table.
There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has oak wood floors. The large master bedroom features a 4 poster king bed; the second bedroom also includes a linen upholstered queen bed, and the remaining upper bedroom includes 1 twin/full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Each bedroom has a new 32” flat screen television too. All of the bathrooms are finished out with slate.
The first floor also features high ceilings, tile and carpet flooring, and an open floor plan with a living room, dining area, and small furnished kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee pot, blender and mixer as well as other small appliances. The living room includes a super comfortable sofa, love sofa, and oversized chair with an ottoman. It is equipped with a 42” wall-mounted flat screen television and DVD player. The sofa is also sleeper sofa that includes a queen mattress. There is an outstanding king bed downstairs as well. Additionally, there is a large tiled bathroom downstairs.
The downstairs living area has several sets of french doors that offer good lighting and access to the fenced backyard that includes a private heated swimming pool, gas propane grill, and outside table & seating.
“Island Breeze” includes cable television, DVD players, wireless internet access, and board games & puzzles for you and the family. Also provided for your use are 4 adult bicycles, boogie boards, and beach toys. Additionally, we have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella reserved at the beach on the Gulf for your use and enjoyment (during the season).
Destin Pointe offers private beach access to 2 beaches, the 1st on the Gulf of Mexico & the 2nd located on East Pass. Both can be accessed by a short walk, a bike ride, or Destin Pointe’s private free tram service to drop you off and pick you up (which runs during the season). Additionally, Destin Pointe offers a heated pool & Jacuzzi, a 2nd saltwater pool, tennis courts, and shuffle board.
