Our Modern, Walkable, Beach Loft is a brand new and beautiful space in the beach town of Encinitas. The condo is a great option for anyone seeking a unique and cozy place to stay in Southern California.
About the space:
The condo itself is a 1000 sq. ft., with an open floor plan and private bedroom. The angles of the high loft ceilings play with the gloss-white walls to fill the entire space with bright California sun. The kitchen offers a full-sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and even a gas stove to cook up fresh veggies from the Wednesday's farmer's market or Whole Foods just downstairs. The bedroom includes a full-sized closet and king-sized sleep number bed. In-home laundry is great for longer stays or to dry bathing suits and towels.
Included in the cost is the use of Netflix, Hulu+ and HBOGo. The home includes a flatscreen with premium HD cable and wireless high speed internet.
The home is built to host two people, but a queen-sized inflatable mattress is available upon request. Please advise the number of guests that will be staying.
We understand some family members have more fur than others, so pets are welcome. The condo is spacious, but might not be well suited for all animals, so lets talk about whether your pet will enjoy the space. If not, we can recommend some amazing local care.
About the location:
Encinitas is nestled just north of San Diego on six miles of pristine coastline. Waves here are known by name worldwide: Swami's, Boneyards, Stone Steps, and Beacon’s. Small beach towns like Cardiff, Del Mar, and Carlsbad are only minutes away. The local beach, Moonlight, offers fire pits, volleyball courts, showers, and picnic areas. Looking for something more private? Choose a direction and walk the miles of coastline at your feet until you enjoy a sunset and starlit walk back home.
If you prefer your fun underneath the surface, diver's can visit the reefs, kelp beds, and sea grass fields. Visit during lobster season and take home fresh California Spiny Lobsters (make sure you have a permit!).
For those who worship neither surf nor sun, Sea Cliff - the small park adjacent to Swami's - offers an idyllic setting of shade trees, picnic tables, barbecues, and clean bathrooms. Enjoy the town of Encinitas itself, cozily packed with local artisans, farm-fresh restaurants, farmers' markets, and the best bars in North County.
Need some city? From the condo, walk two blocks to the Coaster train that will take you to downtown San Diego in 20 minutes or the heart of LA in 1.5 hours.
