House, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths (Sleeps 8)

La Quinta Fairways is a quiet gated community, located on the La Quinta Resort Dunes Golf Course. This house is 2424 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. It is recently remodeled with brand new granite counter in the kitchen and lovely limestone counters in the baths. The master has awesome views as well and a nice jacuzzi tub. An infinity pool with spa greet you in the back yard to relax where you can watch players hit into the signature par 3 8th hole with complete safety. The great room features a 60' Plasma flatscreen with with both HBO and Showtime. High speed internet is also included. The Kitchen is well equipped and is very user friendly. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with a TV in the master suite and the second bedroom.

We are walking distance to Old Town La Quinta with its new shops, top restaurants, special services. Gourmet grocery stores abound in our area, and, a few minutes drive away, we have theater, many, many golf courses, College of the Desert, El Paseo Drive for elegant shopping and much more. Gorgeous weather, sunny skies are the usual. This is a gated neighborhood for extra security. This is an ideal spot for a lovely, restful vacation. Minimum rental period is 30 days.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was a much needed retreat from the rainy northwest.

The house is tastefully decorated and recently remodeled very thoughtfully. All of the common areas and bedrooms are very comfortable and clean, the bathrooms updated, and the new kitchen is a joy to cook in. We often would hang around the kitchen island everyone pitching in to prep and cook.

The view is incredible, we couldn't tear ourselves away from staring at the mountains and sunsets each evening. The mountains were so close!

Highly recommended.
