Pool Home located in gated Sawgrass Country Club Community. Complete with new furnisihings ready for your home away from home. The pool is fenced in a small back yard. There is also a community pool located approx. 300 yards away at the end of the street. The Sawgrass golf course winds through the community. Their are sidewalks all the way to the beach. Screened porch with table and chairs for outside dining.
I have owned the home since 2004. I reside in the north and frequently visit the home myself to inspect and update as needed and make sure the house is a place that people would want to come back to. I lived in Florida for several years and love to come back as often as possible. Ponte Vedra is a beautiful area.

This 3br/2ba is just perfect. (this is a single level patio house w/small yard- not a condo) complete with new furnishings for your home away from home. Has cathedral ceilings, celling fans, plant shelves, and french doors. King bed in the master bedroom, tv, master bath with large jacuzzi, separate shower and double vanity. Queen plus twin bunk beds in the second bedroom w/tv. The 3rd bedroom/den has a queen sofa sleeper, recliner, desk, and tv/dvd and includes a small movie library. Smart tv & dvd/stereo in the living room w/fireplace, new large sofa, loveseat, and chair. Central air conditioning, outdoor charcoal/gas grill, microwave, double oven, dishwasher, all necessary kitchen utensils, washer/dryer, blender, refrigerator w/indoor ice dispenser, coffee maker, iron/board, 2 hairdryers. Ceiling fans throughout.
1 king, 1 queen, 1 queen sleeper, 1 set of twin bunk beds. Sleeps 8.
Complete with wifi -wireless high speed internet service. There is no landline phone since most people have cell phones.
The screened porch leads out to a fenced yard with a private in ground pool in the back yard. Pool is maintained on a regular basis by professional pool service.
There is also a neighborhood swimming pool at the end of the street overlooking a lake, and there are children's playgrounds in the sawgrass community. Sidewalks through out the neighborhood and to the beach.
Also has a 2 car garage w/electric door opener.

Refundable damage deposit is required and it varies based on rental period- this system would not let me enter the range. - $150-$500.
Email for confirmation of dates and rate. Once you confirm rental, my property manager will forward lease to you and collect deposit. 50% of total rental amount due at time of reservation and balance due when rental period is within 45 days.
