About Mike & Tracey

Tracey & I have two kids who have grown up renting summer houses with us. We all love the beach - it is a year-round discussion at our house - when we're going and what friends we're inviting. We also know from years of renting what makes a rental perfect. Small amenities, and not forgetting anything... you will find that experience with our house.

We were looking for a place for ourselves where we could live on the beach, and we equipped the house with all of the amenities and features to made it a comfortable space for friends and their families.

Best beach spot!

I have been vacationing along Jersey beaches for decades. About ten years age, we discovered the shores best kept secret. Manasquan is a great retreat. The beaches are beautiful and the town offers a great variety of shopping, dining and entertainment. The beach house we rent is perfect for us. It is seconds from the beach and the inlet. We can walk to get food or drinks and watch the boats on the inlet. The house is exceptionally clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen is fully loaded. Free internet and cable is a bonus. The outdoor shower is something we miss throughout the year. The house is spacious and very comfortably furnished. Having access to 2 parking spots is fabulous. This is by far our favorite spot to rent. Location is key. Highly recommend it.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Really a great spot here in Manasquan. 4 bedrooms, internet, cable, 2 showers, backyard seating area, grill, 2 garage sports, etc... The house was extremely clean and exactly what you would expect from a summer beach house.

The location is perfect, just one beachfront house away from the water and boardwalk. The house is also near the inlet, so it is a little more quiet - but still within close proximity to all restaurants/bars/shops in town.

I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing time in Manasquan.
