My wife and I stayed here after deliberating whether to go back to our same hotel. We made the right decision. The photos online are great but do not do this place justice. I don't think you can capture the views in any photo. They are stunning. You can actually see the reef and all the dive boats just beyond the Caribbean Blue water. As divers, it was fantastic to be able to see where we were from this perspective.
As far as the condo goes, the interiors are fantastic. Luxurious without being over the top; it has all the comforts of my home. The kitchen is great for entertaining, though we mostly just ate lazy breakfasts out on the balcony and grilled as the sun went down. If you don't feel like heading into town, the pool is a great place to spend the day with a great book.
The place is a walk from town but it is not that bad. It is about 5 minutes or so and only the last part is uphill. There are also 3 flights of stairs to get to the condo but that elevation is what gives it such a view. It is very possible to walk this but we ended up renting a scooter from a place in West End for about $185 /week . We didn't use it on the main roads on the island but just to get around West End. For the price, even not considering the price, this place is hands down the best rental on Roatan.
The manager, Caroline, also made our stay wonderful. She went out of her way to help us with all our silly questions and requests.
